Toolworks I try to be responsive to customer needs. As a
small business, I am dependant upon your support and goodwill.
The demands of having a full time job other than the Toolworks means I'm not always available to immediately answer
your questions. I will endeavor to respond to your questions and
requests as soon as possible. Rarely will a response take
more than a day and it will usually be significantly less.
I'm happy to answer your inquiries about tool construction,
sharpening, durability, specifications, and usage. I can
also provide you with guidance if you are interested in ordering
a custom version of a tool.
